I have worked with the Gruva for a total of about 6 or 7 hours, I went out to play yesterday and my swing has changed dramatically, I can't say that I was comfortable because I wasn't, it felt weird but that is what my coach, Mel Sole, has always told me; "If you are incorporating the changes it will feel very uncomfortable for awhile". My hips are turned and my release is delayed I can't believe it, I am longer and have a beautiful natural fade.
My golf buddy whom I was with couldn't believe it and said, "man what a swing, where did you get that"? Even after all my instruction I have still struggled with an occasional "chicken wing" but not anymore with the hips turned the "chicken wing" goes away. Mel always told me there is no silver bullet to acquiring a good golf swing and I agree but the Swing Gruva could be the first silver bullet ever developed (I have tried so many training aids).
To think this is just the beginning and the swing will get better is a dream come true for me because I have worked so hard over the years to improve my swing and game now with my instruction at the golf school and the Gruva I have found my "pot-of-gold".
Lastly, I can now work on my swing over the winter and know that I am swinging properly and not just reinforcing the same old bad habits.

I have seen the new and improved Golf Gruva and it looks really cool and very user friendly and I think people will be less intimidated with a more simple design. We have had many golfers understand the golf swing so much more after using the GG.
